Amy Hall viva

PhD Viva: Amy Hall passed her PhD viva, thanks to examiners Dr Eileen Parkes and Dr Oliver Pearce. 

Molly Guscott, Audrey Lumeau, James Scarth and Nadeem Shaikh all volunteered for the Voice a 5-day course that aims to give patients and patient advocates a basic understanding of cancer biology and an introduction to research terminology and practice

James Scarth was awarded the Basic Science Poster Prize for his work on understanding HPV-induced chromosomal instability during cancer initiation at the 36th International Papillomavirus Conference (IPVC 2024), in Edinburgh, UK.

Award of Fellowship: Audrey Lumeau has just been awarded an extension to her Pancreatic Cancer UK fellowship.
